Karjalankallio Huilaus is a 1.2-kilometer nature trail. Along the route, there are information boards describing the well-being effects of nature. The challenging accessible route can be navigated, for example, with a wheelchair and an assistant. It is advisable to go clockwise, so the most demanding section, an uphill climb, is right at the beginning before the first nature trail board.
There are five nature trail boards along the route. Next to them, there are also benches for resting. You can also listen to the content of the boards by scanning the QR codes on them. In addition, a short spur trail branches off from the route into an old-growth forest, where the biodiversity of nature and the importance of deadwood are discussed. The trail ends at the Karjalankallio lean-to, from which it is only a short distance back to the starting point. At Karjalankallio, the importance of clean water and water protection in forestry are discussed.
